Best Protein Powder I've had
Some really good flavors! I add my protein powder to greek yogurt, not water/milk, so that may affect it, but I really enjoy the additives in it. What I've tried so far: Marshmallow Cereal: 5/5: Really freaking good. Lucky charms marshmallows and the flavor on its own is pretty similar to the milk you find in cereal which is surprisingly good. Halloween Count Chocula: 10/5 AMAZING! Best one I've found, powder tastes like the cereal and has the lucky charms marshmallows in it shaped like bats. I'm so sad its a seasonal one and definitely bought a few before they stopped if for the year. Chips Ahoy: 4.5/5: Really good, chunks of the actual cookie in it. I'm not as big a personal fan of the cookie so not as good for me but a good way to mix it up. I add PB2 to this one which elevates it IMO. Oreo: 1/5: This one was weirdly bad, almost inedible. Other reviews mentioned it as "weirdly fruity" and I agree. Its not fruity in a good way like fruity pebbles it just tastes off.

Some Amazing Flavors, But Flavors are Hit or Miss
Overall, Ghost proteins mix well in both milk and water, they have a relatively good calorie/protein ratio, a great rewards program, and great marketing. Their flavors are also relatively unique. I'll review them individually as I've tried several. Just a note that all Ghost proteins are -sweet- to varying degrees. That said, some are awesome. Chips Ahoy - 5/5. LOVE IT. This is going to be hit or miss for people, because it's got chunks of chips ahoy cookies in and big chocolate chips in it. Just enough, mostly at the bottom of the shaker, to make you feel like you had a treat and didn't have to force yourself to drink a protein shake. It's a cereal-milk kind of flavored vanilla backdrop that honestly does taste like milk after you've been dunking cookies in milk. I love this and could live off this. Marshmallow Cereal Milk - 4/5. Definitely feels like I'm cheating by drinking this. It's full of marshmallow - very Lucky Charms-inspired. It's base is a sweet vanilla cereal milk and the marshmallows satisfy my sweet tooth. I'm a guy who could eat half a box of Lucky Charms in a sitting. I'm probably better off drinking this instead. Cereal Milk - 4/5. This one was good, if a little boring after going through Chips Ahoy and Marshmallow Cereal Milk. It's basically another variant of the vanilla you've been drinking for years (or decades). Oreo - 2/5. I wanted to love this. I genuinely enjoy Cookies n Cream flavored protein shakes, but this one had a strange fruity/sweet scent that was offputting for me. Rather than oreo filling and chocolate, I was getting floral, fruity, sweet undertones in every sip. Cinnabon - 1/5. SWEET. I could barely drink this. There are other brands of protein powder that also do cinnamon and do it better. I tried diluting this to make it more palatable, and eventually had to mix it with another less sweet protein powder to mask the sweetness. This one's not for me.

– Very good overall, great digestion, just wish it had less added sugar
This protein has definitely helped me with maintaining and building muscle along with regular workouts and exercise. The quality feels consistent and the tub was sealed properly. I’ve been using protein powders for a long time and this one stands out for being easy on the stomach. I don’t get the bloating or discomfort that I’ve had with some other brands, which is a big plus for me. The marshmallow cereal flavor is actually pretty good and not overly artificial. It mixes well with milk and has a nice balance where it’s flavorful but still drinkable. My only real downside is the added sugar. It’s not terrible, but I’d prefer if they lowered it a bit while keeping everything else the same. If they did that, this would easily be a 5-star product. Overall I’m happy with it and it’s one of the better whey proteins I’ve tried.

Totally fine protein and probably if you really love cereal milk, you'll love this flavor.
It tastes like an odd cereal milk. It's like they were trying to make vanilla and it didn't come out right and they realized it sort of tasted like cereal milk more than vanilla and just called it a day. It's still good, and better than the vegan Cinnamon Bun, but I would never buy this again. It's just a bit too thick and not great tasting for me.

Great Flavor!!!
There is nothing but good things to say. This stuff goes down smooth and tastes great. My current shake is 1.5 scoops, 1 spoon of peanut butter (or PB2), 1 oreo and some coffee and milk. It's heaven. You can't go wrong with this flavor.

Great flavor and protein
I’ve tried a lot of whey proteins over the years, and the GHOST Cereal Milk Whey Protein is easily one of my favorites. The flavor is spot on—sweet, smooth, and it genuinely tastes like the bottom of a cereal bowl (in the best way possible). It mixes super well with both water and milk, no clumping at all, and it’s really easy on the stomach. I love that it has 25g of protein per scoop, clean ingredients, and no weird aftertaste. It works perfectly for post-workout shakes or smoothies. Overall, great taste, great texture, and great results. Highly recommend if you want a protein powder that actually makes you look forward to drinking it!

Good but don’t believe the hype
Okay first of all, let’s all accept that protein powder tastes like protein powder. It’s never going to taste like a milkshake, it’s never actually going to be delicious. Once you accept that truth, you can get into the nitty gritty of rating a powder. *oreo flavor Flavor 3/5 - it’s average. Tastes like a protein powder. Kind of a weird aftertaste? Like I don’t want to keep tasting this, as we’ve covered, protein powder doesn’t necessarily taste great. Bits of Oreo 5/5 - guys this is a game changer. You get distracted by the lil chunks of Oreo wafer so every sip is like a reward for the kinda gross protein you have to get through to find the Oreo bit. Price 2/5 - why so expensive? The packaging mostly, and the ~vibe~. Alternatively you could get a cheaper protein powder and add Oreo chunks? Overall 3/5 - it’s okay. It tastes like protein powder. Chunks of Oreo are good.

This taste great, not overly sweet and does taste just like coffee ice cream! I’m happy as this company was 3rd party tested with minimal ingredients yet effective protein intake

Read the bad reviews and thought they could not possibly be true but I stand corrected. If you were to taste it blind folded you would probably only be able to surmise that it was a vanilla protein powder with something wrong with it. The slight 'cereal milk' flavouring is very clearly just artificial corn flavour and strongly resembles popcorn jellybeans as others have pointed out. If you do not enjoy vanilla protein then you will certainly not enjoy this, please don't make my mistake.
