I’d not come across Michael A Singer’s work before, but enjoyed reading these books.

I came to ‘The Untethered Soul’ via reading Dr David Hawkins work (e.g. ‘Letting ago’). This book is the ‘how’ of observing your thoughts & feelings. It comes at it from every angle and so, if you read carefully, will be absorbed on a deep level. Simple & profound, this gentle’how to’ guide could be the most valuable experience. Like I did, you may wish you’d come to it years ago. You’re here now and probably ready for this now.

I was pleased that this came as quickly as it did. The books were recommended to me by my counsellor. Not read much of it yet but am enjoying it thus far.

Fantastic book bundle and very insightful for anyone who is interested in psychology, self-awareness, mindfulness and finding life’s purpose.
