I ordered the product to treat my sprained ankle. And it works awesome. It surely does give a relief. I use it for migraine and fluffy eyes. Just one thing to note - while heating in microwave , wrap around a bounty and make sure the beads are facing down. And at time you might see the whole pack bulge. But it’s would regain its normal shape in few seconds.

I recently twisted my ankle and after trying to put a hard ice pack on it, I knew I needed something more flexible - enter these ice packs! They were flexible enough that I could wrap them around the swelling on my ankle, and there was a fabric side of the pack that made it a lot more comfortable on my skin! They thaw quickly, so it's on for the perfect amount of time (though it stays cool long after it thaws). I highly recommend this product if you're a klutz like me, hahah!

This works fine for smaller areas, so I bet it would be great for kids. Probably also great for things like a headache. I have been trying to use them for a number of injuries after an accident and tend to use an ace bandage to hold it where I want it to be for my 20 minute sessions. I haven't found it to be very malleable to the body, although it gets a little more flexible the more it thaws, of course. Not a bad purchase. I think, though, in the future I will go with a different product when I purchase ice packs. (I should note that I haven't tried the heat option yet.)

They stay cold for a long time which is great but when you put them in the freezer they get hard so they don't really mold to the area you're trying to use them on

I would've given you five stars but they could use a pouch or something to wrap them around. They heat up well and work but they fall off if you move. So a holder or strap or something would really improve the experience.

I would not buy it again! It looks great at first but both of my compress pads started showing side rips where beads fall out.Not so much reusable!!

I like the fact that it’s very portable, and works very well.
