Schoellershammer Torchon No. 12 Artists Water Colour Block (30 x 40 cm) 300 GSM

The paper is thick and has an interesting textural effect on the surface but is doesn't feel like 250gsm. Buckles relatively easily. In fact I found the Arches 140gsm paper better than this.

I expected a lot when I placed the order for this product. If one likes rough surfaces for their painting this would be the ideal product however the pages just don’t separate! I have lost almost 3 painting because I can’t peel off the paper. I have tried everything! Complete waste of my money.

Very poor quality. Even though I had ordered it in November, I just opened it today for use. Unfit for water color painting. Patched absorb the colours and spoil the work completely. Wonder if seller would take it back. Just used one sheet.

Not good quality

This is not a typical watercolor paper, if you read the story of company who produces this, you will realise, that paper is done of 100% recycled material from German garbage. well it sounds nice, but when you actually try to paint anything-you will see that texture of paper is not even-some patches are white, then some yellow pieces, and if you apply water for wet on wet, then paper will be all bumpy and wavy. well. now I use this only fro some test drawing,sketching. Won't recommend to buy for anyone.
