Eventually you're going to run into USB ports on things failing and this set will come in handy when the inevitable happens. If you have any soldering skills, it should be very simple to replace. If you don't have soldering skills the n this set has enough extra USB ports to practice with. This set is dirt cheap as well. I was surprised at how inexpensive this set was. Awesome product.
