Time delay is great.
For those of you who want to watch your home team but listen to the radio play-by-play instead of the tv, this is the gizmo for you to get the audio in sync with the tv picture. Technology and me are not very compatible, but even I had no problem hooking this up. The only thing you need to know going in is that you need a radio or tuner that has an audio out for an RCA jack. The RCA jack from the audio out goes into the RSC 200C box input. The output jack on the box is for another RCA wire that goes into the audio in jack of a speaker or an auxiliary audio input on another device. All the necessary wires are included, and the remote control comes with batteries already loaded. The remote control has an up & down button to regulate how much time delay you want. It's quite user friendly. I recommend it for anyone interested in this type of technology.

The only product of its type that I know of.
**EDIT 1/2/2015 **After excellent service from Seller, I am very satisfied with the product.I received a replacement device with upgraded firmware which is much more user-friendly. I was in error about the need to power cycle the device to refill the audio buffer, this happens in real-time. Finally, I switched to a different input on my receiver, and there are no longer any issues with audio quality on FM radio transmission. I have not tried the other audio modes with the new device, because I haven't needed to.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------3 stars - "It's okay"For years I've wished for this product. I've owned it for about 2 weeks now, so I've been through a couple of weekends of football games. I'm a sports fan, but I prefer to listen to my local radio broadcaster than the national tv crew. I've seen a few other products over the years that seemed similar, but lacked full capability desired, either not supporting stereo audio, or simply not enough delay. So far, I'm delaying radio broadcasts in the 20-30 sec range to sync it with the tv. In the old days, before digital HD broadcasts, I could tolerate being just a couple of seconds ahead on the radio. But it's pretty obvious in the age of the hurry-up offense, that 25 seconds of delay means the radio being a full play, maybe two, ahead of the tv action. The product is capable of providing the delay. My criticisms are the following:In any mode other than the highest quality transmission mode, the audio is completely distorted to the point that it may as well not transmit anything at all. Since the highest quality transmission audio is limited to 43 seconds of delay, keep this in mind. The audio cables included are not black as in the photo, they are white with light green connectors and seem not to be of very high quality. Wiggling the cable causes degradation of transmitted audio.Depending on your audio source quality or volume, sometimes an awful high-pitched hum, or distortion can be heard. The remote is less than 100% reliable. The problem here is that to increase the delay, you hold the + button on the remote. This increases the delay time in increments of 0.01 second for some interval (a full second I think, which is way too long). Then it increases by 0.10 seconds for another interval. Finally it switches after you've spent several seconds holding the + button continuously, and starts increasing by full second intervals. If the remote drops out, or loses line of sight, or you over/undershoot your target, you get to start the process over at 0.01 second intervals. It takes a lot longer than you might expect to get the delay set.Now lets say you finally got it to 20 seconds as a starting point, but want to increase to 26 seconds. First you go through the whole hold the + button process to increase the interval. You'll almost certainly hold it just slightly too long and end up at 27 or 28 though, so you get to come back down in 0.01 second intervals to settle in at 26, which you pray is correct because....As far as I know, you must power cycle the device to let it completely refill the audio buffer at 26 seconds. It would be nice if you could add 6 seconds to the buffer without waiting for the full buffer to refill again. So once it's set, if you can leave it alone, it seems to pretty much work. But if you're not a patient person, or not familiar with electronics, it could be a difficult device to set up. As a mass-market consumer device, I'm not sure it's a great fit. Since most likely, the guy that wants to be able to truly control an audio delay to the hundredth of a second would never settle for degraded audio quality, and certainly be frustrated by the number of reboots and time spent waiting to achieve that perfect buffer. For a niche like I wanted, I suppose I finally have the solution I always hoped for, and for that I'm grateful. But better audio transmission quality, and easier controls would be a wonderful upgrade to a great idea.

works exactly as you hope
I watch Steelers football on fubo (usually) and I have always hated when the broadcast announcers seem to be rooting for the other teem. "Cheerleaders!" ... and I love the Pittsburgh radio guys. So I thought, I wonder if there is a gizmo that can delay the radio play by play and I could match that up with the fubo broadcast, which I found is about 35 seconds behind the live game. This thing works perfectly for that. Even to the point that when the referee goes, "Upon further review ... " my delayed radio broadcast is synced up perfectly.I had been worried that if I was a little ahead or behind w the radio audio that it would creep and get more and more out of sync, but that does not happen. It has a nice little remote that works great and allows you to control the thing from a distance. Two games ago I found that in the second half the radio audio was way ahead. I think that fubo added a commercial during half time. But once I adjusted the delay gizmo, I was fine.I am planning on calling into the Charlie Batch post game show sometime and tell all the Steeler fans about it. : - )
