For an extra few pounds this certainly does a better job, especially when you can adjust the output aswel as have a 12v power supply to your adapter, I crimped the 12v and remote cable together and plugged it in the remote slot on my 4 channel amp to draw power from it whenever the ignition is on, signal taken from the fairing speaker cables coming out the radio assembly works fine on a Harley touring,

Absolutely terrible, not worth the time or money. Once wired up properly and power was added the box started smoking and there was a terrible burning smell then just cut out all in less than a minute.

It does want it is supposed to do, a little cheap feeling but works correctly all the same. Would buy it again.

Great product, just abit tricky to find the correct wires in cars wiring loom, once sussed works Great.

Not sure what this product is designed for, but it certainly didn't do what it said on the label. Picks up interference from everything, despite grounding it well and insulating it. Binned and bought a better one.
