Awesome tool it does help clean your rollers a lot easier only problem my head was why I was cleaning my roller the shaft snapped off I think due to its been in the water pressure behind it too much I would definitely buy the brass one

Great idea. Guess the plastic one is not the way to go. Not durable at all. Broke first use as I was cleaning the roller off in a bucket of water. Didn't even get to the spin dry and clean part. Not worth the money.

I absolutely loved this product, until it snapped while I was cleaning a roller. No clue what happened, or why it happened.

Really works as long as you have a powerful drill. This won't work with a cheap drill, you really need a decent drill with enough torque and power to spin it fast enough. Only complaint is that it seems really expensive for a piece of plastic, but it's hard to find something laying around that can be used as a substitute.

After the third use the plastic stem that attaches to the drill snapped off after banging it "NOT HARD AT ALL" against the side of the pail. Like I said, great idea needs a bit of re-enforcement. I cut the stem flush and drilled a quarter inch hole and inserted a 1/4" x 2 inch bolt with lock washer thru tube and a second lock washer and nut to other side and tightened securely. No more problems. The amount of time saved watching my painters cleaning out a roller for 10 minutes down to 2 is a huge savings and worth the quick repair. Update 10/21- My quick repair is still working well and would trade this in for the world. The time saved washing rollers is HUGE. Need a second one for another work box and will buy the Aluminum one. Great product and the time and $$$ saved over the course of a week adds up.

Unfortunately, our roller cleaner broke after the 3rd use. Before it broke it was very easy to use and helped clean our paint rollers pretty well. But, the bit broke off out of the drill while cleaning a roller. It's kind of a shame.

Broke right away and a drill doesn’t reach the rpm’s needed to spin dry a sleeve.

My partner is a professional painter, he used this one and the drill attachment broke making it completely useless. Not happy at all.

Before using spinner, I followed instruction to the letter. The stem and tube assembly are missaligned, and with a roller attached it shakes dramatically. Poor engineering and manufacturing and no quality control at all. I will never purchase spinner from this manufacturer again and recommend to all friends and associates that the spinner is inferior and cheaply made and never purchase.
