Very bad quality, worst
Pearls are very less in the pouch, so am not able to use it and i feel its not working, i try to return it but no option at all to even replace it.

No contact with eyes
Barely half of the mask has "pearls" in it, rest is air. The product is so puffed that it does not even contact with both eyes, only one eye gets the contact when you push all pearls on one side.

Useless and a Fake product
Even after placing in a deep freezer for over 8 hours the product doesn’t cool up enough and neither does the meagre cooling stay for more than 10 minutes. Horrible product

Totally fake product pearls wear only half filled .the heat only lasts for like barely 2 minutes

Still working great
I bought this in 2018 and used it maybe a handful of times each year. Always kept it in the freezer. Only recently, did I realized I can also use this for heat. Popped it in the microwave for 14 seconds and it creates a nice warm compress mask for 10 to 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the TherePearl Eye-ssential Mask. I have used it warm and cold over my eyes and it worked very well.Got relief immediately, and relaxed while doing this.

Comodissima
Mi trovo a dover acquistare una maschera per gli occhi dietro consigli del medico curante a causa di una infiammazione della palpebra e durante la ricerca mi imbatto in questa maschera.Decido di provarla e con molta sorpresa la maschera (l'ho provata solo riscaldandola nel microonde e non raffreddandola) si adatta perfettamente al viso andando a coprire perfettamente tutto l'occhio e la parte superiore.Dopo un passaggio davvero breve nel microonde, parliamo di secondi, le micropalline di cui è composta si scaldano e mantengono il calore per una decina di minuti.La maschera risulta essere così comoda che mi è capitato durante alcune serata di sonnecchiare senza accorgermente.Al momento dopo qualche mese di utilizzo continuato non ho notato nè cali nel mantenimento della temperatura, nè segni di usura.
