Great book that has everything I was looking for. Spelling practice as well as grammar and sentence editing. Works well for my son who needed extra practice over the summer.

In our 3 years of homeschooling, my 7 and 9 year olds have tried several different spelling books. We finally found this one and it is the best we have found thus far. The children love the format. The spelling words each week are utilized in several different fashions to allow for learning not only the proper spelling of them, but how to use them in analogies, define them, and classify them. It is an all around helpful book.

I bought these for my students. They groaned at first, but I'm rather glad. It has helped a lot. Thanks!

My son is behind in spelling and "written conventions" and this is helping him. I won't know how much until he does his state testing again, but I like how he can complete it on his own, and can work up to the next book. I have only had to help him understand the instructions a couple times.
