Good product was fairly easy for the plumber to install. Once water heater exchanger is hot water stays hot. Really enjoy taking long showers. Only couple of gripes is that it is noisy when the fan kicks on and occasionally it will cut out and get really cold 🥶 in the middle of showering. Great price and fast delivery. Glad to have found it compared to other ones from Home depot.

The heater is great. It is used for whole house water heating. Two baths, laundry and kitchen needs. Great product.

The pressure is way better than my last tankless. This thing is whisper quiet.

EZ Tankless going cheap.
I own one of these units and it worked great for about 5 years then it started nickel and diming me. Now they recommend it to be sent in so the company can look at it because they have no more parts to throw at it. I am a Electrician and I have the unit running until we can afford a new one, not one of these though. They have changed the parts and are all cheap now and junk. Would not buy another after buying two that is enough.
