Amazing for normal-to-large minis, good for tiny ones
With the myriad of plastic adhesives available to miniature painters, it took me trial-and-error and recommendations from more experienced people for me to finally try Tamiya Extra-Thin. I will admit, I was worried that it wouldn't work well with smaller models (the ones that are assembled from contact instead of by slotting together), but it worked very well, with the only difficulty being holding the small model parts firmly together while the cement sets. On normal sized models, this cement is a dream - getting into cracks without having to worry about over-application, while providing strong bonding in roughly 10-15 seconds.I will say that using such thin cement was more challenging with those models, so buyer beware, but the product itself works beautifully. The tiny brush applicator allows for exact placement of the cement, preventing ugly glue spots in undesired areas. From now on, I will sing the praises of Tamiya Extra-Thin to anyone and everyone who will listen, likely to the detriment of my inter-personal relationships. SO yes, I highly recommend Tamiya ET, and you should use this forever.(as other reviewers have mentioned, this product will not work on resin models, so make sure you know your model type before making this purchase)

Easy to use.
Easy to apply. Does not marr surface if you over apply, It is not an instant bond; you have to hold the pieces together for about 10 or 15 seconds for the pieces to hold and then takes a couple hours to really hold. Very good stuff.

Check your allergies.
The glue itself is great and easy to apply. Doesn't dry as fast as I hoped, but fast enough. You just have to hold it in place longer than super glue. Be sure to use in a highly ventilated area, and avoid any high heat or open flame.Turns out I might be allergic to it.

Love everything except the fumes
So I bought this for modeling and it took about 2 weeks but that's understandable. It does great if your looking for a strong, clear, almost invisible modeling glue. The one major problem is that I feel like I can't even use this inside because just opening the bottle will make you choke. The fumes stink up the house pretty fast but for me, its worth it. This glue is very strong and is great for smaller detail though so I think It just depends on the type of person and what they are willing to deal with for an amazing end result.

It works
Quiet and reliable, it does exactly what I wanted. The dog didn't panic or run the second it was used or turned on so overall good job.

Better than super glue
This stuff is very good when it comes to making miniatures, it dries very well and very quickly and you only need less than a single drop most of the time causing it to last a very very long time. One should last you quite a few projects if you use it correctly!

The BEST product on the market!
Okay, for any model builder, wargamer, D&D or other RPG player, or anyone that wants to stick ABS plastic together. Buy this. Don’t shop around, don’t try something more expensive. Buy this one right here. It’s not glue. This does not stick your fingers together. This product melts ABS plastic and after evaporating, the plastic will return to very nearly perfect shape.I use it for miniatures. The extra bonus of a brush applicator lets me melt my mold lines away. You can even use a little bit of sprue to make a gap-filler. (Just search for sprue goo).
