First rate secateurs
I used them straight away to remove the dead spiky leaves from one of those big cactus-like desert plants. (Can't recall the name and too lazy to go and look it up). Those dead leaves defeated my current secateurs, my sharpest scissors, and the job has been waiting a new pair of secateurs for a very long time. Job done in an instant, very efficiently and pain free re my arthritic hands - the only pain involved was getting stabbed by the leaves. ( I did not choose this plant, it was wished upon me by gift.) Next job will be making a start on the wilder bits beginning to grow out from my hedges before starting on serious hedge trimming. This pair of secateurs promise to be a real joy for a long time to come - shall certainly send for the booklet from the manufacturers which seems to promise keeping them in good trim for life (theirs or mine is not clear!)

Perfect fit for small hands
I have extremely small hands, so it was a joy to find some pruners that weren't too big & weighty overall or opened too wide for my hand to stretch to operate them. These are relatively lightweight and sit comfortably in your hand. They are quite slim so fit in pockets or pouches easily. They're lovely and sharp, with a smooth cutting action, that doesn't require a huge amount of force. The hand grips are smooth and easily held. Locking mechanism is conveniently located, within easy reach. They're good quality, at a good, reasonable price. All round winner

comfortable
I have small hands and have struggled in the past with cumbersome secateurs. These are fine for light pruning and maintenance of shrubs etc. Not suitable however for thicker branches. I do regularly use them for maintenance and they are certainly comfortable. No aching fingers

Excellent for small hands
I am delighted with these secateurs; they could have been made to measure for my small hands! When they arrived I couldn't believe their small size but they are actually just what I needed; they fit me, so it is easier for me to prune now! What's more, I didn't get any blisters, which had become a regular problem with the anvil/ratchet type that I recently bought. I'm a size 7 or less in glove size, if that helps anyone.

Perfect for small hands and pockets
Perfect for small hands and easy to put in your pocket. Very sharp and easy to cut through approx. 1cm thick wood and comfortable to use for an afternoon gardening. The only negative is that I kept moving the lock into place whilst pruning which is probably down to the compact size

Sharp & nifty for smaller hands!
Sharp, nifty secateurs. Definitely for small hands. Bought a pair for myself and a pair for my Mum. Could do with a bit of padding/ moulding on handle. Didn't rub blisters after pruning, as my old ones did. Safety clasp for storing. Happy with purchase ☺️👍

Quality secateurs.
Bought for my wife and she absolutely loves them.I've cut a few bits with them myself and whilst not designed for manly hands like mine you really can feel the quality in these.Had no issues slicing thru small branches.

This item arrived promptly and is very easy for small hands to operate
This item arrived promptly and is very easy for small hands to operate. The blades are sharp and cut through thick stems very well but the safety catch leaves much to be desired. It became unscrewed and fell off the second time I used them. Fortunately, the mechanism that works the blades is very sturdy and the shears still work as well but I am now having to devise some other means to make the shears safe to carry around now the safety catch is broken.
