An excellent motherboard for overclocking
Using this motherboard to overclock an i7-9700k to 5.1 GHz 24/7 OC with a 3080 Ti, with RAM at 3600 MHz. Craftsmanship is excellent, so far, and I was very pleased with how easy it was to set up!Though using PC part picker indicated that the mobo may ship with an outdated bios for my cpu, I can confirm today that my motherboard shipped with a bios version released sometime in 2021 and it booted without a hitch and no reason to update the bios (and in fact if its not required for operation - it's recommended heavily against in the user manual, by the manufacturers). The bios is very detailed and well organized - although if you're going to overclock on it - do yourself a favor and do not use the auto-OC wizard on here - better off doing it manually. Very easy to set up fan curves for all chassis fans and AIO fans/pump, and easily able to activate XMP profile for RAM.The Q-installer that comes with it made it really easy to update/install the selected/desired drivers for various components after installation, for things like chipset/utility/ethernet, etc. Makes it pretty easy to get set up and going within minutes of posting. I booted using an external USB with W10 on it and was up and running within minutes of the POST.One note is that TPM 2.0 is off by default - which is good for gaming but you won't be able to upgrade or install Windows 11 without this activated. I could easily activate this manually and upgrade to W11 if desired, but me personally I'm going to ride with W10 for as long as I can as I prefer it.Although I payed a lot for this (330$) - I really needed a solid motherboard to facilitate my overclocking needs and wanted to have it on time to complete my build. And although my upgrade path in terms of the CPU (socket) is quite limited at this point, I am using it to get the most out of my 9700k. It's a real quality mobo - usually quite happy with the craftsmanship and reliability of ASUS products.I'm glad I didn't choose anything else. A great piece of hardware.

Perfect
I built my new computer Aug 22. I wanted to do the review to really get to know the board. I got 16G of Corsair 3000 ram and Intel 9400 processor. I GTX 750 video card. I don't game anymore. Got WD 500 BLACK M.2 3 GEN SSD. 3400 READ/2900 WRITE. Everything is working great. NO COMPLAINTS. Bluetooth AND WIFI work as the should. Could not ask for more stable computer. Factal Design Define 5s case. Computer runs 24/7. NEVER A GLITCH.UPDATE: Still awesome. WIFI running spot on and I'm using PROTONVPN. EVERYTHING is running perfect. I'm 58 and I have been building computers since 1998. I know what I'm doing and this is an all round great computer. I stream internet movies fast Suddenlink fastest internet connection. I can't find ANYTHING wrong with this set up. I'm actually bored because I just turn it on and everything works. I have had so many computers I have had to work on, something glitches, but this is as stable as my Note 9 Samsung. LOL I run mine 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I reboot for Windows updates and after I run my cleaning program, WISECLEANER 365. That's it. Never turn it off. I'm typing on it right now with DASkeyboard. Just so stable. I must say, I'm proud to have built it.

Great price for the faetures and Asus build quality
Overall I am very happy with this motherboard. To date everything has worked without fault. Asus are world renown for quality products and deservedly so. If you are into tuning and longevity of equipment this should work well for you.One concern, for an Asus Tuf product does not seem to be quite as well built or sturdy as in the past. Can not quite say why aside from the lighter weight and general look and feel. Still, I do not have any misgivings about buying it, time will tell if it is an issue or not.A few things to keep in mind:- The CPU support is now two generations old. Once prices settle (can not say when) I would need a very compelling and specific reason to purchase this or any product using the older technology.- In general terms be cautious when using auto overclocking features. Some of the values may be higher than what you want or fluctuate. Personally I would set these values manually and extend the longevity of your rig!

Very very nice board Asus very nice...
It had a lot of fan connectors like most ATX motherboards would and the bios was good, easy to navigate and it didn't forget the settings I threw at it. Not only that but it's beefy looking. Look we all know you can get a cool looking motherboard from gigabyte that literally has the RAM slots and PCI E slots lit up, but you also have the option of getting something that came straight out of DESERT STORM or any other modern military war you can think of, seriously and to top it off it is pretty durable. So good job ASUS for making another reliable board (unlike gigabyte which can be a hit or miss at times)

Great product, great price, but quality control needs improving.
Product itself is good, accepted CPU no issues. No boot issues and the bios has plenty of options for high overclocks and specific RAM speeds and timings. You get a lot of features for the low price you pay for the board. RGB headers, multiple fan headers, multiple usb 3.1 and 3.2 ports etc.My only issue I've had with the board, is 2 of the 6 SATA data ports dont work. There are 4 near the bottom of the board that work fine, but the two that are angled on the right side dont work, and they just happened to be the 2 I used when I built my PC. I feel like testing the ports on the board should be a very simple and easy part of quality control process, but it must not be a part of theirs. I haven't called or plan to have it replaced, as I dont believe I will ever need more than 4 sata ports, especially with 2 m.2 ports, but this spoke words about the quality control process. Other than this minor issue I have absolutely no complaints about the board, it works admirably and does what its supposed to, just be wary of the mentioned issue.
