I am recently learning more about the importance of organically sourced foods and this led me to try the lemon berry flavor of organic muscle pre workout. I enjoy the rush and tingle from typical pre workout products and have used them a lot the past 7 years or so. However my poor diet has led to many digestive issues and the pre workouts that I used to down simply left me uncomfortable, unfocused, and left my stomach so upset it would hinder my workout as much as it would help it. I began mixing my own pre workouts with main active ingredients as other pre workouts hoping the simplicity and lack of sweeteners and flavorings would help the issue. No luck. I liked the idea of a whole food sourced organic pre workout but was skeptical that it could compete with other Pre workouts that have more isolated ingredients that I figured would work more quickly and effectively in short cycles. I was never so happy to be wrong about a whole food sourced product! I had energy, I had a pump, and worked up probably the best sweat I’ve had in the gym in a long time. I had no stomach discomfort, and no uncomfortable lack of focus or jitters. I had a long, even energy that had no perceivable crash towards the end. I was also worried about the taste, however it was very good given the natural flavoring. I mean yeah something with a bunch of sugar and sweeteners is going to taste better but you have to take into account the benefits your receiving by taking a product such as this one compared to that. And coming from someone someone who has grown to appreciate the taste of plants more over the last couple years, I thought it tasted exactly how it should. Awesome product!

I heard someone say one day "Pre-workout will be this generation's smoking" and it really hit home. There are many chemicals and stimulants in most pre workouts that we don't truly know the long term effects of. I decided to look for a healthier more natural option and came upon this product. I went with the Pineapple Coconut flavor. It mixed pretty well, nothing unpleasant. The flavor wasn't as strong as you'd find in normal pre-workouts, but I prefer it that way. It's a smooth subtle drinkable flavor, just enough. The flavor tastes real, not like a mouthful of artificial sweeteners. This is one of my favorite preworkout flavors to date, and I've tried a ton of other brands. The energy was evident, but not to the levels of chemical preworkout supplements. I wasn't expecting it to be, but people should be aware that it's not the same level. I would say that it was adequate, which is what I was hoping for from an organic/natural product. I didn't feel any jitters or tingling sensations. I did get a good pump and it exceeded my expectations in that department. Overall I say this is a great product if you're looking for something you can feel good about taking to get a good solid workout and pump in. Don't expect the same energy levels as your average 3 scoops of 'NITRIC OXIDE FACE EXPLOSION!!' preworkout supplement, but it gets the job done without feeling like your heart might pay for its 20-30 years down the line.
