Just wow
I’ve spend close to two years watching countless videos from online influencers about how to do this and that in real estate from individuals such as: King Khang, Thatch Nguyen (Mr Brrrr), Tai Lopez, and so on. Phil’s book goes into great detail about the importance of the fundamentals and having the right mindset for each way on how you can get into real estate and even touched on commercial. After reading this book I then was able to deduce why the influencers ONLY focus on what sounds good to get your attention emotionally by saying the it’s so easy to make money doing this quick and easy process. But Phil explains you actually need a team to make this work. And broke it down as to the function of each individual. The book is so well written and took time. I read it in two days it was so good and kept me engaged. I took notes and it wasn’t that expensive or too long with information you don’t need. He didn’t wast too much book space with his introduction which is nice. I truly appreciate the explanation of this is what this is, this is what it means, and here’s why. Type of style of writing. And yes of course there is a small part her and there about recruitment. Realistically once you read the book and understand AINT NO BODY A SELF MADE ANYTHING unless you steal or rob a bank. You NEED mentors and partners. Why you think investors on shark tank who specialize in their niche are sometimes willing to partner with other sharks to invest? I recommend this book to anyone who is humble enough and open minded to give things a chance.

Worth the cost.
Most REI books are good. This one is one of the better. A lot of free information that I was not expecting. He has video that will walk you through the fine points of REI. But there is a cost for the mentor program as it should be. I want to read through a lot more material before I put down money for a hand holding, walk me through the deal, person. But he is clear and to the point for a new person interest would be able to follow alone. And he has a very kind manner and seems down to earth and really want to teach. Go slow and decide on your own; don't get caught up in the feel good feelings we first timers always have and then it fizzles out. It can be done as he says, GO SLOW, QUESTION EVERYTHING... is something you can do?

Informative and pleasure
I found this book on my recommended reading and started reading. I just finished reading a book about financing deals and the book was totally self promoting... when I first started reading this one it started out with a personal story and was expecting the book to try to sell seminars or other products. To my surprise the author is simply informing the reader how real estate investing works. No BS approach and its not pushing anything. I found it to be enjoyable, fluid and easy to comprehend. The best part was that the author has YouTube videos teaching this stuff for free. At last count I believe there are 140 available videos and you can tell he is very passionate about teaching people his craft. One of my favourite real estate reads to date and that is about all I read. I would highly recommend this book!

Some Good Real Estate Investment Info With Lots Of Recruitement
How to Be a Real Estate Investor by Phil Pustejovsky has some helpful beginning information including the promise that if you want to be successful in real estate investing, you will have to work hard, pay attention, do your diligence and learn everything you can. While it's easy to make money in real estate investing which Phil demonstrates from his own backstory, he also blends in some old-fashioned personal inspiration and life advice. I thought this might be good for beginnings, but some of the information is definitely complicated. Also, there is a strong undercurrent throughout the entire book that you need to have a mentor and Phyil Pustejovsky has one to recommend - himself. There are a number of places throughout the book where you can sign up to apply for Phil's investment mentor program. He is upfront, you will pay 50% of every deal, but it's clear that without his guidance you may not do so well. I did get some good tips out of the book, but I didn't feel the urge to sign up or become a real estate investor. Yes, it seems to be one of the roads to riches but it's not for everyone. This book has some good, some confusing, some links to all the big motivational guru's books and lots of references to Phil and how to connect. The good news? The e-book is very inexpensive so I didn't feel upset that I paid too much, but unless you want to seriously consider hooking up with Phil and his mentoring team, I don't think you will necessarily like this book unless you cherry pick for some new real estate tips you didn't previously know.

Great Book
I read this book for the first time and felt great and very knowledgeable about how to approach first thing real-estate. Reading this book gives me a lot of insight of why my first entry in real estate at the age of 21 was a failure and an opportunity to gain great knowledge. As soon as I finished reading this book I started looking for my first potential house to flip.
