MT Solids Washi Paper Masking Tape 3/5 x 33' Matte Black (MT01P207) 4 Set

I'm a renter, and because I can't paint or make any kind of permanent changes to the walls in my apartment, I needed to find decor solutions that wouldn't cost me my safe deposit.This washi tape is amazing! It holds surprisingly strongly, but it also peels off easily if you make a mistake or need to reposition once or ten times. The texture is a very soft matte, so layered on top of other pieces of tape, it's almost impossible to see a seam where they join.I also used this tape to create a black "frame" around my bathroom mirror to disguise some rust stains. Unbelievably, this tape hasn't budged in well over a year, despite the obvious steam and condensation it contends with on a daily basis.I'll definitely buy more of this again for other low-budget decor projects!

This washi tape is indeed, SOLID. I highly recommend this brand for their washi tapes, or at least, this exact one that I bought.I think that the price is fair for what you get and what you’re paying for too. The adhesion is great! It’s still delicate but holds, and gets the work done. The thickness is perfect as well, but if you need it to be thinner, you can cut it down to the size that you need it for too.

We have used Washi tape on walls in two rooms. Super cute “Chicka Chicka Boom Boom” inspired palm tree in our playroom and an accent wall in our nursery. I love that it’s SO cheap but gives the effect of wallpaper without the work/cost/permanence. It will scrap off easily so wouldn’t put it on a high traffic wall like a kitchen, bathroom, hallway, etc. but it’s great for bedrooms.

This is my favorite washi tape! It's the stickiest washi tape I've found so far (still I probably wouldn't trust it for long term stickiness like on a wall or something) but it's perfect for packing orders for my small business.I've bought many rolls and will continue to repurchase!

I used this tape for a feature wall project. It was very easy to use and stuck very well to the wall. Cheaper than wallpaper and faster than trying to stencil these on! I loved the project so much I'm looking for another wall and design to use it with!

The shipping wait time is totally worth it. This stuff is so addicting. I "mumified" a pair of candle sticks in black (they were gold) because I didn't want to ruin them (as antiques) with paint. Keep in mind this has a really matte finish. I ordered 4 rolls. Everything in my house is going to have washi tape..

I used this washi tape because I'm too picky for store bought wall decals. The matte color and feel is perfect, it makes the edges of the tape less visible. This is great for removable geometric wall designs. I'll be using it for my living room as well. Very repositionable, and works well on textured walls.
