Phone is great - but beware, Amazon shipped the wrong power cube (600ma). The phone powered on, but had problems - it requires the 2000ma power cube as stated in the operations manual. With the correct power cube, the phone is flawless.

All the high end features for a much lower price. I have never had voip phones before, but I found these to be easy to setup and deploy for my small business . I recommend using a POE switch so that you do t need separate power adapters for each phone.

The phone did NOT come with a power cord. I had to shell out an extra $20 on top of the $310 price tag. That's just where the problems begin. No matter what I do, no matter what I've tried or how many things I've tried the phone absolutely WILL NOT get ANY service whatsoever. It just says "no service" in the top left of the screen and there's nothing I can do about it. I've followed every guide, every video, every possible thing including troubleshooting and it just won't connect. I've set it to static IP, DHCP, everything. IPv4 and 6 don't do anything to help either. I've plugged in all the cables correctly, even in a specific order following all the guides and still nothing. I turned it on, I turned it off, I even turned it upside down just like this phone is doing to my life. It just won't connect. On top of all that, I've gotten apps for setup, those don't work. I logged into the phone by inputting the IP into my browser like the manual says to do and mess around in there with accounts and things. What happened? NOTHING!!! If you're looking to buy this product, don't. Half of the hairs on my head turned gray after my experience with this device. It's the absolute worst purchase I have EVER made. It might be my curse with technology because everything I buy comes broken first. But you better believe it's bad if I'm saying it's worse than a water heater i lived with for half a year that would only put out ice cold water, that was fun during a winter :). The phone cannot connect, it cannot work. For the amount of money I put out for this thing it should work, bottom line. I should expect this from a $2 price tag, but certainly not $340. It should be all plug and play. That is the bare minimum. If that can't be met, don't sell a product. Don't waste your money.

Great Product, Excellent phone system, no issues thus far! Happy to say it does all and more, just figure out the programming, do it correctly and you'll be fine. Manual is thorough...

I use these with a 3CX phone system. Used many Yealink phones over the years and never had issues with them.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely Amazing 👏 we will be buying more of them. Couoled with phonespeak.com for service. Was so easy to setup and customize. The directions are spot on. One of the best things we ever did for our business. Was get phonespeak and these phones. Totally awesome.......

I’m really upset about my purchase! I bought an IP-Phone to use it but the phone arrived with pre configuration from Ringcentral Company, it like you buy an iPhone and it cones to you with Verizon SIM inside and licked to that SIM card! This is not fine that they want to force me to use a service provider ! There is no information about it on the Amazon! They have changed the Admin password and I cannot change it, this is ridiculous!

These yealink phones with their big screens are very visually appealing. They are also great phones for the period that they last. I have 5 of these yealink phones and about 15 Polycoms. 2 of the Yealink T48G's have just straight up died at about 2 years. All 15 Polycoms are still solid.I'm leaving a 3 star since the phones are good, but a 40% failure rate in 2 years is just not acceptable.For the people leaving 1 star reviews, they obviously don't know how to configure a SIP phone. It is not for the IT inept. If you have never configured an IP phone or are not a techy, buy the phone from your provider. They are not locked like some of the reviews said, they can always be reset and reconfigured for other carriers, but it's not a super simple task.Yealink's warranty is 1 year if you check up on their website.
