The media could not be loaded.  Just started this book bought another book for a fellow business partner, the problem I have with this book it comes with a DVD but the DVD doesn't have any data on it you cannot even watch the DVD

This is a must have book for any person in the financial industry. Step by step the Author walks you through the PPM document explaining the reasons behind the verbiage and why the legal form is articulated the way it is. Crucial for a deep understanding of a PPM document.

This book is good for beginners as well as someone who has formed several hedge funds. It explains each concept succinctly and is easy to read and understand. I recommend this book.
