Ordered this a couple of weeks ago. Received this recently. Excellent product and customer service.The first whiff and spritz from the bottle tells you all about the purity of this wonderful rose hydrosol. By intuition, this was sure to be the best for the simple reason that it was made from Damask roses.Here’s some quick information about this particular rose water:• It is mild• It is organic• It is gentle on the skin• It does not sting• It can be sprayed into your eyes (the touchstone to purity of any rose water is whether it stings or not when on skin or in your eyes. It must not sting at all.)• It comes in a good quality spray bottle.• It is good for all skin types!• It DOES NOT dry your skin out at all!• The logo/product design/packaging is simple and unique.• It comes with a personalized handwritten note, which is a wonderful touch to the product.• There is no distinct ‘sweet’ smell (fragrance) that is usually characteristic of rose water on the market. So that’s good• It has no chemicals• Refrigerating it works better to increase shelf life and to enhance the feel of it on ones hair and skin• This is made from Damask Roses (also known as Rose Otto or Bulgarian Rose or Rosa Damascena). These Levantine roses are native to Middle East (as the name suggests) India, Bulgaria, Turkey, and other parts of Asia. These are the most sought after roses (read up about it!)A little about personal experience:Having had some issues with delivery, it made sense to bring this to the notice of the seller. The customer service is beyond anything personally experienced in all of amazon. They have followed up through and through. This was the first time a problem had occurred with a purchase (sad that it had to be with this product but anyhow). Amazon helped out wonderfully, so did the seller.In order to like a product one must also trust the company. They are indeed reliable, professional and genuine in their concern for your satisfaction.Pahada (Rosa Damascena) rosewater along with Zofla (made from Rosa Eduardo) together is the best combo. because they both make rose waters but use different roses. However, Rosa Damascena is preferred over all other types of roses all over the world.Hope this helps you decide!

Though i like the product and have no issues with the quality, the product comes in an unsealed spray bottle. That means it is susceptible to adulteration. Would like if it is sealed to maintain hygiene and safety

Since last year i have been using it without a gap . And i can tell you it is the best rose water You can ever have . I use it as a toner as well as i mix it with other essential oils . It is organic plus free from any kind of chemicals . It has natural fragrance and not at all fake .

Lovely product, smell is subtle, natural and fresh, and my sensitive skin is happy. In summer, works nicely as a mist to bring coolness if you keep it in the fridge.

It's ok product, no smell of roses.

One of the best product I have used so far. In terms of quality I am impressed. This is unlike other steam distlled rose water it gives realistic feeling and it is fmsafe to use for soothing eyes.

Scent a little less than Vilvah but inexpensive as well

I have tried 5-6 brands of rose water but this comes out to b the best among them...it has mild fragrance and u feel really fresh and clean after the use...my skin is becoming clearer and clean after the use...I just love it..
