Q: Are the wall hooks adhesive or do they need to be screwed into the wall?

The wall hooks supplied need to be hammered into the wall. I didn’t use them but bought some 3M hooks which are easily removed if I want to move the panel.

Q: Is there a way you could clips these boards together?

They can just be placed together with the wall hooks supplied

Q: Not able to make holes in my wall, can you use sticky tape to hold display on the wall instead?

I think tape would struggle to hold the metal grids, especially when you will add more weight by hanging items on the grid.
