This is the best digestive enzyme I’ve tried! I have severe allergies to wheat and dairy and all of its components. This pill is a lifesaver because if I’m uncertain about what’s in my food, let’s say when I go out to eat, I just take 2 of these and I don’t break out in an itchy rash like I usually do. Worth every penny!

I have celiac disease and other allergies, dairy included . While this product doesn't mean I can take it and eat a sandwich, it helps me in case I ingest small amounts of gluten (for instance, while eating at a restaurant ). It also helps with dairy ...cream, butter...and has been a lifesaver when I travel. The after effects for a celiac sufferer are still the same, but it helps with the swelling, vomiting, and gastric distress that usually immediately comes with ingesting trace amounts of gluten . Highly recommend!
