What is the warranty on this battery?

It was 30 days through Amazon. Mine failed ~35 days out, amazon sent me to Energizer, who sent me to the manufacturer (Johnson Controls), who sent me back to the original seller (amazon). After that 2 week ordeal, Amazon sent a new one to me at no cost.

Is this able to replace the jeep jl/jt auxillary battery?

Not sure. But I would recommend buying something else. This has a faulty design and failed within six months.

Will this fit my 2006 700 king qaud?

I have NO idea. I bought it for my 2004 Harley V-Rod. It s a little to large for the V-rod. I mstill adjusting the wires for it to fit properly on my v-rod
