Quality machinists ruler
This rule is very flexible compared to other thin machinists rulers I have. Measured .016 (about 1/64) inches thick compared to a General Tool and another USA ruler both of which measured .020 Inches. The decimal graduations are in .1 and .020 inches, not .050 inches as advertised. I find the .020 scale more useful and am satisfied with this item. The 1/50" is correct as 1/50 = .02.

very disappointed
i thought mitutoyo was a good name so bought this ruler...but it came in the mail today and its really flimsy and thin...it cost me freaking 8 bucks and its a piece of crap. worst purchase ever and will never buy from this company again.edit: i learned to read the product description and it was indeed supposed to thin. but it was slightly bent when delivered so 4 stars. :/

Usual Mitutoyo quality
Great little precision rule to keep on hand when doing machine shop mock-ups, inspection and measurement marking. Was actually a bit smaller then what I expected when I received it, but its actually the perfect size for keeping in your machinist tool pocket. Made in japan with the expected Mitutoyo quality.
