The lean thinking statements included in the book were extremely useful in implementing these sort of changes in my own work. This is definitely an important book to read for any business or company out there looking to improve their work processes and eliminate waste overall.

The A3 pocket handbook is full of great references and tools leaning out medical offices. Its got everything I need for office kaizen events and is easy to understand and use. Best handbook out there.

I'm afraid I have not found this book useful. I'm sorry to say it contains only one example in full. The quality of the image is so low that most of the important information is unreadable. I regret my purchase.
