This is An Awesome Product for Females who Run or Workout/Need to Minimize the Bounce
Where have breast bands been hiding all my life? These are amazing for keeping the breasts from bouncing when exercising, playing a sport, or participating in off-road sports. Who would have thought that the problem could be solved by preventing the upward movement in the first place?! So, FIVE STARS for the Yow Band! Gave four stars for comfort due to some rubbing under arms, and the extra part of the strap that hangs off once it's tightened if you don't need the whole length is annoying and floppy. I can cut that off, though. So, again...If you've bought copious max support sports bras (and I have, most of which live in the $50-$100 range these days), and you still have to decide which one might keep you from bouncing during high impact workouts TRY THIS! It's inexpensive, easy, and most of all, it works!

Sizing
I bought a medium for my 36C (closer to 38 since I gained a few pounds!) There was a lot of velcro left over when I pulled it tight enough to go for a run. I wore it over my sports bra, but under my tank top. Less than 10 minutes into my run, the band had slid down around my waist! I pulled it out from under my shirt and put it back on over top of my tank. I think I like this band, but I need to order a size small. I like the velcro because I have wrist tendonitis and it is difficult for me to use hooks on the back. I was able to put the velcro on the front where I could easily adjust it without causing harm to my wrist. I'll come back and update my review after I receive and try the size small. I'm pretty sure I am going to like this once I get the right size.

WHOA. This thing works.
I bought a size M for my daughter (36C) who runs cross-country. She sort of looked at me sideways when I took it out of the package, so I put it on over my tee, wearing an everyday bra (38FF underwire Elomi), and did a couple of jumping jacks. For the first time since I hit puberty (back when dinosaurs roamed the earth, nice girls didn't use tampons, and the want ads were separated into JOBS/MALE and JOBS/FEMALE), I wasn't at risk of giving myself a black eye or throwing out my back. Amazing. Also comfortable and eminently adjustable. Win-win!

Medium WAY Too Big for Post Breast Augmentation
UPDATE: So not even a week after using this band and the velcro part came completely detached. I would NOT recommend this product for post Breast Augmentation, especially for those who need some serious compression. And I know it’s not because I was putting it on too tight- my Plastic Surgeon who is A1 put a band on me that was even tighter than I ever put this band on. It probably works great for those who need minimal compression or to just go running or something, but definitely not for the compression that’s needed after a BA.Ok so I had a Breast Augmentation and was previously a deflated-ish 34D/36C and I got 605cc implants. At my 2 week checkup, my Plastic Surgeon said I needed a compression band and the one he gave me showed me how to wear it, and he put it super tight to get the girls more settled. Anyways, decided to order this one because it’s easier to put on and it’s black(my whole wardrobe is black lol) I thought okay, based off reviews a Medium should be good and I can always tighten it more. Well it’s just a little, actually WAYYYYY too big!! The pic i’ve attached shows me wearing it snug, not even tight. I’m probably going to end up just cutting off at least 12 inches of this band and just hot glue the seam lol. I’m 5’8-131lbs-36 band-605cc implants. If you’re anywhere around my stats and getting this for post Breast Augmentation I definitely recommend getting a SMALL, because like I said, i’m going to have to cut at least 12 inches off this medium I ordered for it be effective without looking like i’ve got a random tail hanging off my chest or back depending on how i wear it lol. BUT it’s still effective since it’s adjustable with velcro and it’s as comfortable as can be expected when wearing it tight Post BA, so I would still recommend this. Anyways, I hope this helps someone!

Not impressed
This did not hold down my breasts at all while working out. Literally felt just like another piece of fabric around my chest area. Not worth it. Save your money and just buy a better or more supportive bra.

Great for running!
I love this for running!I don’t care what bra you buy...if you have big boobs they are going to bounce a bit when you run. I have a smaller rib cage but larger cup size so it can be hard to find a sports bra that fits perfectly. I use this band when I run and it was a crazy feeling the first time, to have them just stay put! If you are a big-chested runner I highly recommend this!

WOW - i mean WOW (Warning - based on initial wear)
This ban secured my breast firmly while I did a ZUMBA dance exercise class. It was easy to wrap around. Did not shift or move and was quite comfortable. I can not wait to use it next week during my HIIT class, which will be the real test, since we do a lot of jumping and fast movements. I hope the Velcro and material hold up over time. Highly recommend. Also note: I have fairly large breast for my frame.

The Girls stay in Place!
I have to run every so often, due to military requirements. When I began training for a Physical Fitness test this time around, I noticed the girls weren't cooperating in ANY Sports Bra I owned. I was able to find this band, try it on, and have been able to run efficiently with it! It works as described and is much comfortable than other methods I was willing to try :-)

Necessary for big chest women!
This is a game changer as a big-chested woman who enjoys exercising. It completely stops the bouncing. I can now use the treadmill and go jogging without pain. 10/10

Significantly reduces bounce
It significantly reduces bounce, but it's not 100% "no bounce". Works better with a bra than on its own.
