The pouches are longer, and a bit more bulky but you able to peel back the tabs better and have better control w/ emptying. Excellent product. I use it as a backup as I prefer one piece because easier to hide in cloths; a little bulky and urine does balloon. Long lasting and somewhat water resistant if used with barrier strips. I have not found any adhesive satisfactory without these strips. Good drainage system.
