Great brace, far exceeded my expectations
I am very satisfied with this knee brace. I compared it to others available and decided on this item based on two reasons. First, it got excellent reviews, and secondly, this brace was larger than most available on the market. This one can be used for up to a 21 inch knee. Other braces I'd used only went to 18 inches. These braces were far too tight for me requiring me to stop wearing them after only a couple of hours. Not so with this brace. In came in two days ago. The first day I wore it a total of 11 hours with no real discomfort and it exceeded my expectations for the way it supported the knee. The material this brace is made with keeps the knee warm, aiding in the healing. The second day I wore it tighter, thinking it would provide better results. It didn't. After 6 hours I was experiencing a great deal of discomfort from the tightness. In reading other reviewers, some mentioned that they experienced discomfort behind the knee. After my experience, I think this is due to wearing the brace too tight. I re-applied the brace after half hour, not wearing it as tight and I had no discomfort and still excellent support for my knee. Bear in mind I work in manufacturing and spend over 8 hours a day on my feet on hard concrete flooring. My advice is to any buyer is to get this brace, wear it tight but not too tight. You'll find it provides excellent support.

Good brace, comfy and does help but......
This is a very good brace. It really does help decrease my knee pain and is comfortable to wear. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I bought two of them and they are not the same length. One of them is great but the other is much shorter in length and won't fit around my leg. I contacted the company that makes it (via email) and their reply was, "They are all the same length." Uh, no. They are not. I have one that I cannot use.

Almost Dancing Again
This knee brace has changed my life! In November 2015 I was trying to get dog poop off my left shoe (I don’t even have dogs), twisted my right ankle (weak from previous skateboarding and walking injuries) and fell on my knee. At the time I just figured it was a bad bruise. It didn't look very swollen buy my legs are chunky so I couldn't totally tell how bad it was. Then about a week later, I was running in run camp (to alleviate some of the chunkiness) and felt excruciating pain when adding any weight to my knee. Fast forward to middle of December and according to my MRI I had a Baker's Cyst that ruptured from too much agitation in my knee - the running, albeit my first run in run camp that felt good, was just adding to the swelling in my knee and caused the cyst to rupture. The MRI also showed arthritis and an acute medial tear in my meniscus. After the cortisone shot wore off, I wasn't sure if I would ever be able to walk normally again. Fast forward again to middle of January 2016 and I was at my wits end. I was tired of taking 2400+ mg of IB Profrin every day not to mention not being able to sleep through the night due to the pain. I had a follow up appointment with my doctor and he said that if I wasn't considerably better by three months from then (end of April 2016) that I would need to have surgery. I showed him the brace and he said it would be okay to give it a shot. Before wearing the brace my knee felt loose and if I tried to walk normally, it was too painful. Now after wearing the brace for almost one week, I can say that I will be dancing again in no time! I can tell that my knee is getting stronger! Even when I am not wearing the brace because I am changing clothes or getting into the shower I can tell it is better – no more obvious limp at least. When I first started wearing it I basically had to learn to walk again and it was slow going. I can walk fast through the grocery store or Costco again without incident. I am no longer carrying my crutches with me everywhere to make sure I don't need them. I feel free! Regarding the size - I added a picture of my knee next to a bottle so you could get an idea of the size compared to my knee. If you are anything like me, you are looking at this brace at work and/or maybe not anywhere that you have a tape measure so I hope it helps! My leg is probably closer to the circumference of a 2 liter bottle:)

Adds comfort, but little pain control.
Adds comfort, but for me, zero pain control, even though it claims to. Both my knees are bad, however I continue to play league water volley ball, over 50 slow pitch, league bowling and basketball, having played competitive sports my entire life. I have used no less than 10 over the counter knee braces over the past 5 years. (they are cheap and I go thru them fast, most likely from the chlorine in the pool water). My left knee is 'poppy weak' and the Winzone brace is extremly comfortable and works fine on it. My right knee is the same "BAD" as the left but is also painful to the extend it causes a limp. This brace does little to nothing to alleviate my pain. so I still wear this on the left but on the right knee I wear a lower cost brace that has 3 straps (one behind the knee) plus the side springs and it does a much better job of pain reduction. It is made by "Compressions" and costs exactly 1/2 of this brace while scoring higher then this brace at 77%, 5 star ratings on Amazon. I would have liked to give them a 4, but they claimed some form of pain reduction, and for me there just was none. Amazon's rating for Compressions is even more impressive as Winzone will send no less than 6 emails indirectly bugging you to give them a 5 if you purchase this brace. In fact I am writing this partially in hopes Winzone will finally stop filling up my email box up. Still, it is well made and extremely comfortable so if you just wish it for additional support and protection..... then for that use..... it could be a five for you. Currently I wear the IPOW breathable knee brace on both knees. It has three straps and each strap has two Velcro connections. So three straps with six total Velcro connections. Check it out, It is the best I've found in over 1 dozen now

Comfortable for a few hours, is very supportive. I find my leg feels uncomfortable after a day of wearing the brace, and have to take it off. Material soft, secure fixings, never slips. To make it 5 star I think it needs more padding on the side supports as it leaves marks on my knee. If I did it up less tight it would move.

Finally a knee brace that works, ! I have a knee injury plus arthritis in my knees.I had purchased two different ace braces at the pharmacy and wearing them caused me more pain than the knee itself. I discovered the ComfyMed on Amazon and ordered it on a Friday and it arrived on Sunday.I put it on and was able to wear it all day. It is very easy to,put on and so comfortable to wear.I was able to walk ,bend and stretch my leg with great ease and no pain.I am now one very happy senior able to do what I was doing before I injured my knee. I recommend this product to all!

These are more rigid than other knee braces I've worn ... but still a step down from the braces you wear after surgery or knee reconstructions. Most suitable for a person adding support after an injury. They are fairly comfortable but don't allow a full range of movement, that said they do the most important thing well, reduce twisting and sideways movement.

I have been wearing this brace for a few days now. I have a sprained LCL and this brace has been very supportive and the compression it provides has reduced pain and swelling. It is very well made and easy to use. Instructions are included in the box, but Winzone has also been providing emails with additional brace instructions and also making sure you are satisfied. A very good product that performs well and a great company with conscientious concern for their customer.

I have only been wearing the brace for several days but it has definitely stabilized my knee. I had arthroscopic surgery about 30 yrs ago but recently the knee started feeling wobbly, trying to detach itself (I realize that's not very medical). With this brace I can walk around with much more confidence and stability. The brace attaches easily since it wraps around to the front and the material is soft to the touch. Thanks for a wonderful product.
