Q: What is the warranty on this item? Mine was working great and now refuses to charge!

I have no idea what the warranty is. If it's not stated on the website you can usually send the manufacturer a message via of link provided by Amazon.

Q: How does it compare to Hyperice and NR?

Great roller and its similar to the Hyperice but the Wave Roller beats them all hands down.

Q: how long is it? It says the packages is 14 in but im guessing it is a bit shorter in length than the box?

It is 12 3/4" long and the diameter is 5 5/16".

Q: What is the specification of the wall adapter (charger). Will it work for international voltage such as 230V?

Hello Milton, Great to hear from you! I hope you are having an excellent week! The unit only comes with a charging cord with a male micro USB plug on one end to insert into the unit and a standard USB male plug into a computer to charge the unit. To plug the unit into an electrical outlet in the U.S., you need to purchase a USB to 110V adapter. I can only assume that to charge using a 230V outlet, you will need to purchase a 230V USB adapter.
