Full of vitamins
I simply love this stuff. I could live on it. Loved it since I was a child. I'm 49 and still ordering it in UK although costing me alot more than in SA. Its packed with vitamins and fills me up.

Broken boxes
Pro Nutro is a great cereal for starting your day. My son and I both eat it in the morning and easily smash 12 boxes a month. It's a expensive cereal, but very nutritious.My criticism is that the past few deliveries the boxes arrived damaged. For example, the last order 2 boxes out of the 12, Pro Nutro was "leaking" out of the box. You pay a substantial amount for this cereal, and would expect them to handle your parcel with care!
