I have what is called double joints. They over extend causing weakness. My ankles are weak and lean inward causing me to trip and fall...a lot. Last year I broke my leg because of this. After I healed, I came across these and tried them. They really helped to straightened my ankles to make me more steady. It also helps to straightened out my hips and that relieves my symptoms of pinch sciatica. I can stay on my feet longer more safely. I like them better than full orthotics because they are small and don't require that I go up a full shoe size. I can wear my true size. I will be buying more

These really helped the soreness in my feet and ankles but have had an issue with them not sticking. My shoes were new so they weren't dirty inside causing the non-sticking issue. I have to fish them out of the toe and hold in place when putting the shoe on. Still gave 4 stars because they really did help when I wore them!

I bought this for my daughter because she suffers from supination. She feels so much better when walking. Her ankle is a little bruised because this forces her to walk correctly so she has to go through an adjustment of sorts. She's tried many inserts and paid hundreds of dollars; who knew that a $6.99 product would work so well.

These were absolutely awful they weren’t thick enough and the adhesive only lasted for a day and I couldn’t even feel them in my shoe there was no point in buying them total waste of money don’t get them.

Very Small & Not worth the$$$$

They’re helpful-ish. Very small and squishy. Barely any support. Better than nothing, I guess.

I put these in hiking shoes a couple years ago and after I'd worn them out completely, I removed the pads hoping they could be reused in new shoes. After cleaning with soap and water, the pads are as good as new; adhesive is still just as sticky.

I bought some very expensive shoes second hand, because I can't afford to pay $130 new. They looked new, but once I had them cleaned and put them on, it was obvious that the person who wore them previously walked on the outside of their feet. I only paid $35 for the shoes, but when you're broke, that's a lot of money. I figured if I could get some sort of insert for the outside of the foot, I could make them work. I received these today and they seem to work well for what I needed. I'm pleased thus far.
