A good quality product with ethical standards.
I have very thick, coarse and wavy hair. I live in a humid place and therefore I have tried many different products including Argan oils and all kinds of silicones. This product combines both in a very light formula that doesn't weigh my hair down or make it look greasy. It does take practice to determine which amount is suitable for your hair texture. I like that the company states the product is free of parabens and phthalates and SLS sulfates and alcohol. More importantly, they don't test on animals. Lastly, they mention the Berber Women's Collective who it seems they work with to buy this oil. Any product that can help or at least not harm animals and people is worthy of my dollar. As mentioned already this product does contain forms of silicone, which I don't mind as it helps give the hair that glossy healthy look. I plan to rinse my hair with diluted apple cider vinegar occasionally to remove any silicone build up. FYI, Argan oil is actually the 6th ingredient after the silicones and there is also vitamin E in the ingredient list. The price point is fair considering this is a quality product which helps a women's industry and will last a long time.

Zaps the frizz
My hair, which used to be reasonably curly/wavy, has lately decided it prefers to remain in a state of permanent frizz. My hair guy is able to tame it, but a day or two later it reverts to its natural wild state, remaining that way until my next color/cut appointment. . I've had limited success with conditioners -- they either do nothing, or they smell bad, or they weigh down my hair or make it stiff/sticky -- and when I learned about this DECORUM serum and saw that it was vegan and cruelty-free, I thought I'd give it a try.The first time around, cautious of ending up with a mop drenched in oil, I used too little and couldn't tell the difference. I learned that I need to pour a generous amount onto my hand, rub palms together as directed, and them work through my hair. Result: my hair is soft, notably less frizzy, radiates calm (even though I am not).Argan has become such a popular ingredient in so many products. I haven't been thrilled with everything that has "argan" on the label, but this is a product I will be buying again. For my particular hair, it's pretty close to perfect.

This could work
I am working on getting the teenager who is using this on his long and beautiful hair to only use the smallest amount. because of sports and for so many other reasons, he keeps his hair pulled back tightly and in a bun. I have to admit that he is pretty good t it, much better than I ~at my age! But pulling the hair so tightly causes his hair to get broken and sometimes form almost a halo around his head. He tried this. I am trying to get him to use less. Too much just makes his hair look a little oily.

Leaves my hair shiny and healthy.
Decorum Restore Argan Oil Serum is light-weight and virtually odorless haircare products. It adds just the right amount of shine and made my hair look healthy. I would consider my hair to be coarse and I also have color. I used this serum after washing and conditioning my hair. I added a dime size amount to my slightly damp hair. I allowed my hair to self-dry (about 30 minutes) and followed it with my standard hair regiment. I have also used this product and immediately use a blow dryer to dry it. Regardless of the method used, guess what? After using this product, my hair didn’t look dry or brittle. My hair was soft and manageable. This product includes argan oil and vitamin E (hence the shine). Decorum doesn’t have an unpleasant scent. I’d consider it mild and slightly fruity. This 4 oz container is reasonably priced, especially when you compare it to similar hair care products on the market. It is also free of parabens, sulfates, sodium chlorine and phthalates. And finally, it also contains thermal protection, which is great since I use a flat iron often because my hair is natural. I’d recommend it.

Lightweight and moisturizing. Great for reducing frizzy hair. Can be used or wet or dry hair.
I am a huge fan of argan oil for the hair. (I even rub the extra onto the tops of my hands.) Not all argan oil is created equal, though ... some are really thick while other have more "other" ingredients than actual argan oil. This is a very lightweight serum. It adds moisture to my hair (which makes it look smoother and healthier). This can be used with wet or dry hair (or both). And it's good for men and women's hair. I've found that starting out with a little is best (because it is easier to apply more if needed). I do wish this came in a pump dispenser though. The flip top is easier for traveling, but for day-to-day use I prefer the pump because it is less messy.

Lighter Than Normal Argan Oil Serum Works To Restore Hair
I use the Decorum Argan Oil Serum as a leave-in product to help restore my dry hair. After shampooing, I put a heavier than normal application of the serum to damp hair. I generally do this evenings after my shower or on weekends that I am home so that I can maximize the benefits of the serum. My hair texture, shine and look have improved after eight applications. I have backed off from my intensive regimen and use lighter applications as we head to the fall and winter months.Recommended.

I Like This A Lot!
This serum can almost work miracles on hair by restoring soft, smooth texture and giving it wonderful shine! My "aging" hair isn't the hardest to manage but I have to use curling or flat irons to style it so it suffers over time, developing split ends and frizz. Using just a tiny amount of this after towel drying made it super soft and shiny, almost too soft, but the amount I use and other products can be adjusted for maximum appearance. I like it a lot! It's free of many of the undesirable chemicals and additives and has a light scent that doesn't linger long. I want to share it with other family members that have damages and frizzy hair from water sports and such.If you like shiny, soft, healthy-looking hair, give this a try.
