We really like this tub filler. Bought it back in 2020, still functions perfectly today. When we originally purchased, it didn't have the right connectors that our contractor needed to hook up the plumbing. We wrote customer service and they quickly shipped the needed connectors at no charge. The water pressure through the faucet is very good. We use it primarily as a tub filler, but the hand held sprayer works well. We have a Bain Ultra tub and the filler is tall enough for it and looks quite elegant. We would quite happily buy again.

We're in the midst of a major DIY renovation that included replacing all plumbing and adding bathrooms. We used Delta for our shower fixtures due to the ease of use of their multi-function rough in valve, but the price of fixtures was difficult to swallow. When it was time to purchase a freestanding tub filler, we simply couldn't justify $700+ for Delta or Kohler, so we took a chance on this one and we're happy we did. The quality is on par with Delta without the hassle of a rough in block for the filler. The foot for this is sturdy enough to support the filler without any special framing in the joist bay (looking at you Kohler). The supply lines that came with it are quality, braided lines, but at 30.25", were too long to work with our plumbing stub out and fit beneath the support foot for the decorative cap. Customer service was great and quick to get us a custom set of 26.5" hoses. Note: the support foot stands about 2" off the floor and the tube that connects the faucet to the foot is 25.5", so the hose protrudes through the foot by about 3-3.5". There is no room in the tube for the hose excess to be shoved up in there, so If your plumbing lines are not recessed, you will need custom hoses. As an added bonus, we used the money we saved on this to buy our shower trim kits! Would recommend.

I purchased the chrome. It is beautiful and sturdy. Gives an elegant modern look in my new build! My supply lines were too long so I called customer service and they are helping me with that. The lady on the line was super nice. So I haven’t got to use it yet, but I will get to soon!

Tub filler looks and feels very good quality. Considering the big brands like Kohler / Moen / Delta are for some reason all over $1000, this is a bargain.

So incredibly happy with our new tub filler. Our plumber did run into some challenges with installation, but contacted Ling in customer service, who was AMAZING. She answered our call on her day off and was quick to offer solutions. She sent exactly what was needed to make our new tub filler work like a charm. Our plumber had wanted us to buy one of the big name brand fillers which were much more expensive, but didn’t have as good of reviews. Decided to order this tub filler after much research, and so glad we did. It’s beautiful, good quality, and a great value for the money. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. This tub filler completed our new bathroom remodel... So HAPPY. I highly recommend this product and this company. Artiqua... Give Ling a raise. You want to keep her for a long time. Wow, couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. The packaging was fantastic and kept the beautiful polished chrome faucet in pristine condition. I looked at a lot of faucets, mostly the well-known name brands (Moen, Kohler, Delta, etc.). The prices were sky high for those, so took a chance on this Artiqua faucet and I'm so glad I did. It was the perfect style that I was looking for - a sleek, modern design with an attached wand for spraying. It is all metal construction and the quality of workmanship is beautiful. It feels very heavy duty. The hot and cold water hoses that came with ours are shorter than our needs since our house is on a pier and beam foundation. We will connect the hoses to piping under the house, so we contacted the company and were greeted by some of the best customer service I could have asked for! Ling took care of our request to order longer hoses, and with just a quick text and an email, we were all set. So very easy! Honestly, the quality of this faucet really seems exceptional. Do not be afraid to purchase one for yourself because of the low price compared to the name brands. I can tell you the quality is every bit as good. I will post an update and operating video when we get it installed next week after our shower glass is installed. Can't wait to try it out!

Awaiting custom hoses. The hoses that come with the filler are for mounting on a second floor where you have access to the underside of the floor. To mount the tub filler on concrete the hoses need to be a 4 inches short. I call the after sales number and a nice lady picked up on the first ring. I explained my situation and she said new shorter hoses would be sent to right away. Excellent customer service so far. Tub filler appears to be excellent quality.
