Im giving 4 stars only because pads fall off the handle if gets caught on a bend angle in toilet bowl. I lost 2 in there and my toilet got clogged. Wish they would stay on better. Otherwise, good fresh cleaning

Fortunately this is not a product that is fragile. both boxes were crushed when they arrived, and one box had a cut. I transfered the scrubbers from the cut box to the non cut box and they did not appear to be leaking soap or damaged so guess it's ok, but I think they should handle all packages well, so they lose a few stars, c'mon u can do better.

Does everything I was expecting and great price.
