Motions and I, go back a long time, not literally but I've been using motion products foreverrrrrr, and this neutrilzer shampoo is the best for me, the colour indicator from pink to white ( the shampoos purpose is for when you chemical relax your hair type and a neutralizer shampoo is 'neutralize' those chemicals by repeating a handful of times to wash out the relaxer creme, commonly known with afro hair types) you gotta trust the process and that's why the colour indicator in this shampoo well tell you your process. Fun fact, the longer you leave the neutrilzer shampoo in your hair between the washes the longer it nourishes and neutralizes the relaxer creme, which motions also sell but you can use this lovely scented orange coloured neutralizer shampoo with any type of relaxing hair creme (commonly known for afro hair, to relax the type of hair - straightening process) hope that helps, 5 stars as usual
