About to repurchase because our 1st monitor & camera set lasted almost 3 years! It held a charge really well for the 1st two years & started needing to be charged more frequently/constantly during the 3rd year. We use it for naps & bedtime (our previous camera kicked the bucket the first night we brought our 2nd baby home so I know exactly how old our current one is) & it gets a lot of use.Super easy to travel with & we like that we don't have to mess with wifi or safety issues (my wife's family are all electrical engineers & know how easy it would be for someone to hack a wifi monitor).

We bought this less than a year ago. We also bought an extra camera, so we have three linked up. We've liked it. But I went to plug it in to charge it one day and I discovered the charging pin (which is very thin) was snapped in half. (How, I have no idea.) I emailed customer service because I couldn't find a matching replacement charger anywhere. They sent me a brand new one for free, with expedited shipping. When it arrived, I plugged in the screen. Nothing happened. Bummer. Emailed customer service again and they sent me a brand new screen, again free of charge and again with expedited shipping. It arrived today and paired with all of our cameras perfectly. I'm a very satisfied customer. I'd purchase from this company again purely for their customer service. Highly recommend.

The top two things I like about this camera and monitor are that the images from the camera are clear, even in low light, and the monitor and all the options are easy to navigate. I haven't tried hanging it on the wall yet, but I'm sure that will be just fine. The battery life is good also - the charged monitor makes it through the night without a problem.There are two big drawbacks that I've discovered. First, the area the camera is able to view is quite small. I can barely fit our kids' beds in the viewing window, even when the camera is on the opposite side of their bedrooms. I would prefer that the camera would be more wide-angle. Instead, it seems like it's always zoomed in.The second drawback is that if you set the monitor to cycle through the cameras and one of them is turned off, it will keep that camera in the rotation. When the turned-off camera comes up in the rotation, it indicates the connection with the camera was lost, and it beeps four times after about 7 seconds. It's pretty annoying. We purchased a 3rd camera to put in a different room, but when we had that camera off for bedtime and it kept cycling through and beeping when it came to that camera, I ended up unlinking the camera from the monitor entirely. I'll be returning the 3rd camera for that reason.I'm giving it 4 stars because it's a decent camera setup, and the things I dislike are more preferential, so I don't think that warrants 3 stars.

The media could not be loaded. This product is totally worth the price!! I wish I would have bought it since day 1 ! It would have spared me alot of sleepless nights. I bought it a month ago and I would highly recommend to anyone. It's definitely a great investment, for our peace and the safety of our child (now 2).I bought this a month ago. And I just can't think to say anything negative about it. The only thing is you want to be careful not to drop the monitor because mine accidentally broke while my husband was tossing the sheets and I have tile..so the inside cracked- as you guys see in the video and picture. Which brings me to the topic of just so amazing, helpful and accomadating their customer services are. I have a new baby monitor shipped to me free of charge! If you notice on the product description "all baby monitors have a FREE 2 year protection plan at no additional cost!"Also be aware that when you purchase this product Amazon gives the option to purchase your own protection plan -- from my memory I believe the rate was $16-20. It's probably a lifetime warranty. But if like me you opt out you are in luck as long as it's between that 2year time frame.Highly recommend it.The customer service made it even better !! It's a 5 star for me. I will purchase again if need be.

This is my second moonybaby monitor the first lasted for five years that one had little to no issues.This unit keeps disconnecting from the cameras, the charger plug is giving us issues after just 2 months of use. Been a regret and at this point looking for another replacement on a new monitor probably won’t be a moonybaby

I have had this for almost a year now: the camera quality is good, the video quality itself is good, I love that I can have more than two cameras connected to it. I only have an issue with the chargers. Or maybe it’s the monitor itself. Either way I’ve been through multiple chargers and they never last long. I think the monitor and cameras pros still outweigh the cons and will continue to buy more chargers but I’m very frustrated with it.
