Hi. What i did was, watch where the wasps were going. There should be in the day time a nearly continuous to and from the nest. Rather like a airport . You will see roughly where the nest entrance is. When it's dark, get a torch and inspect for the next entry hole . Our nest was a hole in the ground hidden behind some bricks in the plants. At night the wasps all gather I the nest. I sprayed lots into the hole. Job done. Also I wore gloves goggles a balaclava a mask. I took no chances. Cover yourself completely in case . Take care

Q: What if you can't see the nest only were the wasps are getting in

You just try spray the entrance to where they are getting in. I'm not sure if it works like this but if you spray the entrance it's better than doing nothing. I couldn't see the nest in my roof but I saw where they were getting in and sprayed there. This was close to winter so I dont know if they went away by themselves. Best thing try and spray powder on the entrance that way they carry the powder into the nest.
