Nozzle is too small
Product is fine but there is design flaw as the face wash is viscous it is too difficult to squeeze it through the tiny nozzle provided.

Felt good after first application
The cleansing is good and the aroma is amazing too. I got no skin rashes or whatsoever. In the past I have felt itchiness because of cleansing milk but this turned good. Also, in first application itself I felt better and skin looked shiny and fresh.

Works surprisingly well. Good consistency and removes heavy makeup without making the skin dry or leaving it oily.

Too thick as cleansing milk
Cleansing milk should be rather smooth and liquidy. Able to pour like maybe shampoo. The product is too thick to be used as cleansing milk. In fact lotions are more liquidy. Not too happy with the product
