This works exactly how it is supposed to. The metal is sturdy and easy to throw in the dishwasher and it fits the cans (which I found out the hard way isn't true of all can strainers). You can flip it over and put it on the mouth of 15.5 - 16 oz cans to drain them as well. Nice little tool for the kitchen.

It fits and does a good job. It can be used right side up or upside down depending on the size can.

Good size and ease of use

I purchased this strainer to replace an old plastic one that broke from years of use. I expect that this one will last a very long time. The stainless steel is also more sanitary than plastic and won't stain. Perfect fit.

Simply, it works well and does a good job to strain the liquids from a tin fish can. Seems to be much stronger and durable than our last strainer that was plastic. Most importantly, it can go in the dishwasher !!

This is much stronger and easier to use than the plastic one it's replacing. works perfectly and the handles make it easy to use without getting a mess all over your fingers

My daughter has a similar product and I wanted one after using hers! It is so much easier to drain liquid from cans than using the lid. A caveat for pop top tuna cans... you must use a can opener to open the tuna can or this will not fit on top to drain the liquid.
