We needed weights that were compact, but enough weight/resistance for a man and a woman (who can’t lift heavy). These are awesome & great quality (the rubber hasn’t bothered my skin). The varying colors are helpful for us to quickly grab the right weight and we can double up to make it heavier! I really like the storage/carry bag so we can carry them when we travel and still get a work out in! While I prefer to use my body & the band only, my husband is able to hook the door piece up and use it for more exercises—a good bonus for getting him to enjoy them and workout at home! It also came with a sheet with workout moves to get us started, which was very helpful to get ya comfortable with using the bands!

Nice set for the price! These will be a Christmas gift for my mom. Seems like a very sturdy set of bands and I love the door anchor and ankle bands. Perfect for an at home workout.
