No likes or dislikes. Have not been using this single product long enough to know it's effect. Although, I have been a Swanson customer for many years & have been satisfied. rlw.

I ordered this vitamin because my husband’s dermatologist suggested it. There is anecdotal evidence that it might help the broken vessels on a 60 year olds forearms. I ordered a bottle for me. The capsules are pretty large and I can’t swallow them. I think you should know this if you have difficulty swallowing pills

I’ve used these multi vitamins for years. Nearly 80 now with very few health concerns, I remain a steadfast customer .

The product is ok. 1st time we used it..we rec'd it during cooler months. This time very hot. In 90's and 100's which made inside vehicle well over 100. Vit and minerals don't stand up to heat well. How effective will I be? It took a week in high heat to get here. We may not buy it again.

It came way early these minerals give me so much energy and i workout alot harder in the gym thank you so much swanson

I ordered the product because I had some pills that were about $70 for a month supply and they do everything that this pill does at $5.99. The pills meet up to my expectations. I am 24 years old and I feel young again! lol
