East Castle Women's Zip Up Blue Denim Coat Jacket with Hoodie Vest W-082

I just got this thing. I decided to take a chance on it since I loved the photos. I read some people say the hoodie was paper thin and the jean fabric wasn't like jeans. Well that's not true. While the hoodie isn't crazy thick it's not insanely thin - it's just like a light sweater. The jean jacket part is for sure jean material no doubt. The pockets? Well there are none. That deducts a star and I might return since the photos are misleading and it showed a hand in the "pocket"The only difference I've noticed is the jacket does not have the light bleached area in the front like it shows in the photo. Still looks nice without it, but that would have added a little dimension.Oh and the collar isn't as big as it shows in the photo... it's not ugly but it's just not as bigIf you want this jacket because of how it looks then order it, you'll get the jacket you like. I don't know what these other people were expecting from a cheaper jacket... it's not made for snow but for cold days in San Diego it'll be great.

I like it but it smelt like chlorine or a pool place , the size is perfect . the grey underneath is a bit on the cheaper side but it still is nice quality , if you have trouble with picking size they have a chart and you should go on your bust side I'm a 38D and got a size 14 usa

Shipping time is quite long, but that is to be expected since it is coming from overseas. So if you decide to buy this, give yourself plenty of time if this is going to be a gift for Christmas, etc. The actual coat is a little more grayblue, than the blue shown in the picture. The inner hooded vest is not very think, so this coat is designed more as a light jacket than an actual coat to keep you warm. I ordered two sizes up to get the fit size we needed, because if you order the actual size it runs small. Having said that the coat was a littler large, but since my step-daughter plans to wear sweaters with it, it is perfect. I ordered a 10 and she is somewhere between a 6/8 or Small.

the pockets are not real. I hate that, I need pockets, I walk a lot, need to carry keys, phone, etc. The fit is ok, but I wish the vest zipped or buttoned in, it's 2 separate pieces. And it smelled, a bad chemical smell. I aired it out for a couple of days, helped a little, washed it, still smells. Overall, I'm disappointed and will have to get something else to meet my needs, once I do that, this one will probably go in the donate box.

read all the other reviews, those that mentioned size too small, denim shirt rather than a coat/jacket, vest doesn't attached and is thin and cheep are spot on. There is literally no way a true size US16 could wear this, and if the sweatshirt portion is pictured inside the jacket and billed as a 'hoodie' then the coat should have a means to attach. total bait, switch.

Per reviews, I ordered a size up and it was very large. The style is cute and the fabric is not as thin as people described. I guess the main issue with it is the SMELL. It has the overwhelming smell of chemicals and it can't be safe for anyone. Just be aware when you order this jacket that it has a weird smell that may or may not go away after a few washes.

I never really write reviews because I don't want take the time but! this jacket takes the cake! it is HORRIBLE. The sweater inside is beyond cheap. Amazon should be ashamed to even ship this item to its loyal customers. This is such a beat. Don't waste your money. I read the reviews before buying it buy nothing could prepare me for this. 1. The grey sweater wasn't even in the coat. it fell out when i open the package. Its ten times smaller than the actual coat, its like wearing a baby vest under and already tight coat. So shameful. 2. The jacket smell of some harsh chemical. you CAN NOT were it without washing it first and I bet it will shrink even more. 3. There is a spot on the coat that the seams are not fully threaded so there is a tiny hole. please don't be fooled or waste you time and money.

Things you should know about this jacket:1. The pockets are not real pockets.2. it is incredibly thin3. the inside grey hoodie is a vest that doesn't fit well in the jacket and isn't attachedI'm so disappointed I'm returning it. Not like the picture at all.
