*Update* It is now 11/16/2021 - I dyed my hair yesterday. Once dyed, I can clearly see the new growth, all the way up to my original hairline. I will post updated pics here! *Original Review* I began taking these Biotin pills in April 2021. They are small, easy to swallow, “gel” type capsules. About the size of an eraser on the end of a pencil. I have taken daily, faithfully, since April of 2021. I have noticed, recently, new hair growth where my hairline has been receded for at least 10 years. THERE IS NEW “BABY” HAIR GROWTH! I’ve always had really thin, fine hair. I began noticing new hair growth about 1.5 months ago… I thought maybe I was just *hoping* it was new growth, but now you can clearly see it is absolutely new growth! It is now November 2021. I would guess I noticed the new growth around the end of September, so it took about six (6) months to see noticeable results. It’s enough that the receding hairline is not as noticeable, as now it blends with my hairstyles. Where as before, it was difficult to cover up a shiny bald area. It does appear some of the new hair is beginning to grow longer, making me thing it will simply become my regular hair, growing past the “baby hair” stage. The remainder of my hair is getting thicker, and fuller, as well. It took a long time, but I do see results now, that seem to be thicker than what I noticed a month ago. Let’s hope it continues filling in! I’d recommend buying this if you are able to dedicate a year to see good results. If you want results in a couple of months, you will surely be disappointed. However, if you are willing to stick with it without seeing results for awhile, I would recommend you purchase it, as it is working for me. I have new growth in my hairline that has done nothing but recede for the past 10 years. My hair is becoming thicker and fuller…more healthy looking hair after a lifetime of thin, limp hair. If you have the dedication and patience, and can take this daily, consistently, then I’d highly recommend, as the results are real and noticeable.

I am not one to write reviews on the supplements that I buy unless they are very noticeably different than a store bought version. I have always had very weak nails and could never get them to grow. I initially started taking biotin about 5 years ago for my thinning hair. I bought it at my local grocery store. I recently started purchasing other supplements from Amazon to help with my MS symptoms. I decided to look up biotin and read some reviews. I came across this brand and the reviews were so high that I decided to buy a bottle. I am BLOWN AWAY at the difference in quality from a store bought brand!! Within 3 weeks my nails were noticeably harder and growing! They are no longer splitting, breaking, or peeling. I am so happy to have good looking nails! No more flimsy, bending nails when they get wet! And my hair is not shedding like it was. But the difference in my nails is enough to keep me coming back to this brand! Try this one, you won't regret it!!

This product is wonderful. They are tiny capsules that are easy to swallow and I didn't get a bad taste at all. The ingredients are simple and there isn't huge scientific names that no one knows about. I love how the label tells you exactly what it does for you and the color of the label stands out. Physician's Choice is a brand I will look at getting more products through. Plus...What you pay is a great deal considering what the biotin does. My nails feel stronger, my hair looks healthier, and I have noticed my skin looks better to. I am very satisfied with this product.

I’ve noticed a significant increase in my hair regrowth. Prior to taking this product, it could take 3 months to see 1/4” of regrowth, at best. No biggie, right? Everyone’s hair grows at different rates. But after 30+ days of taking this product regularly I can see 1/2” within 6-8 weeks. (I have naturally dark hair that I dye lighter so my roots are a dead giveaway. I’ve also had lash extensions off and on for years. While I do get high quality lashes, would assume messing with natural lashes at all with chemicals (glues and removers) would have an affect on them. And I’ve noticed new little guys growing in and existing lashes getting longer as well. I mean this is not Latisse, but for the cost and the fact of it being natural an extra perk.

I've been experiencing extreme hair loss, so after reading the rave reviews, I placed my order for these vitamins. I started taking them immediately. I noticed my nails growing very quickly and the hair shedding was still constant, but I believe the amount had lessened. However, MY FACE! My facial skin became very sensitive, then I broke out. I got a huge pimple on my right cheek. I wondered if it had anything to do with the biotin. So I ceased taking them. In a week, my skin irritation tamed, and my pimple got less painful and swollen, and shrunk considerably. I haven't restarted taking the biotin yet. I'm afraid to, but I think I'll take a pill 3 times a week. Hopefully it'll help. Btw, the pill size is great, it's very small. There's no aftertaste either.

These do have "coconut" in the ingredients description on back. They are small see my 3rd photo. 2nd photo is up close. No after taste which is great. New baby hairs coming in! I've used this brand in the past and my hair thickened and grew, flawless skin, and strong healthy nails. This is not the softgels that had "coconut oil" listed on the description. I'm not seeing results like I did with the softgels. Pretty bummed!
