Awfully poor product: most disappointed
I never imagined that this remote control for my Sony TV would be so poorly manufactured. From day 1 it gave trouble and soon afterwards most of the buttons started malfunctioning. As I never returned anything to Amazon before, I delayed sending it back for replacement and only after a friend explained the return procedure, I find, to my dismay, the 'return window' is closed!I must say I'm very disappointed and didn't expect Amazon to sell this product (I was even charged for delivery) in the first place.

Rubbish remote controls!
The description for this item said “use straight from box” what a load of rubbish, tried it and it didn’t work! Was told to programme it to my tv, but still did not work. After trying it for about four hours, I gave up and sent it back! Went down to Curry’s and bought one which advertised as “use straight from box”, and guess what, put batteries in, pressed one button, and within fifteen seconds had it working!
