older men grew up on models, and this is a good pastime for them. they get the feeling of accomplishment - and the price is great too!

The color of the wood looks NOTHING like the description. Package arrived in damaged condition. Oh wait, made in China - should have expected that. Amazon makes it so hard to find products made in the USA!

This fort is full of small pieces (nails) hard for children under 13. I really would have liked to have known the size of the parts, a parts list and size of nails before I purchased the product. If your child has never worked with wood, don't buy, unless you are going to help them. The wood is hard to paint, doesn't like some glues and is better in the picture than in completed form.

This was a simple build. My boys are 5 and 7 and really had a great time putting these together. It's a simple project and took them around 20 minutes to get it all together.

My niece who loves to build things put this together with the glue dots...she is five. Great craft and busy work for kids.

My 5 yr old was so excited. For the cheap price it exceeded my expectations. A little challenging to assemble but we powered through and now he has an awesome fort for his little army guys

My grandson picked this out and I bought it for a "rainy day project" . My grandson was very upset because there were parts missing. It did not cost enough to send back, the cost of the postage would have been more. I am just very disappointed that my grandson had to get so upset.
