Easy way to add a lot of weight to a weight vest
13 pcs. @ 3lbs. each helped to add 39lbs. to the vest, I already had but came with smaller 1/2lb. weights which are slim enough to double up in pockets for weights which brings the total weight of the vest to about 55lbs. Just what I needed.

OUTSTANDING
The 3 pound variety beats the far more expensive Rogue 2 pound weight. They go on the inside of the vest liningas seen in my video. You can fit 2 in each slot. These are of great quality and rival the much more expensive Rogue 2 pound weights. Please bring them back.Thanks
