Convenient pocket size and cuts through barbed wire like butter. I would imagine that cutting nails and wire up to 6mm diameter wouldn't be a problem

Very good quality even made in Germany not like the cheaply made chinese one. Very satisfied!

Some blue tempered springs are too hard. If you were to use them all day long for cutting mattress springs, they wiould dull, but for everything else they are ideal.They cut most wire with ease and are small enough to fit in a pocket. Unless you abuse them, they will last a lifetime.
