Disappointing Experience with a New Agaro OTG
The product was not satisfactory. Although we purchased a new Agaro OTG, the heating rods inside were not working at all. Initially, the OTG heated slightly, but soon after it completely stopped heating. For a brand-new product, this is unacceptable. The company arranged for a part replacement, which should not be required for a new unit. I requested a full product exchange but have not received any response. This has been a disappointing experience and has reduced my trust in online purchases.

Unfinished product ... Scratches inside and outside
Very unfinished product. Scratches inside the oven and on the lower side of door , and uneven gap in between the panel .
