I have a cement pond in my yard with gold fish. These plastic plants look very nice in the pond. I now learned that the light colors of pink, gold, and yellow look best. And the fish seem to like them; More than the real plants. The fish are swimming in and around the new plants; and seem happy. I loved these plants. They looked very real. Now there was a faint smell when I opened the package but it's not a bad smell unlike what others have said. You just have to soak it in the water for some time before putting it in your tank. This is what your supposed to do when you buy fake plants anyway rather you buy them online or in a store. Fake plants should always be rinsed and wiped clean before putting them in your tank. Honestly, if you spent alot of money on your fish, you always want to make sure EVERYTHING is cleaned, wiped, and rinsed before adding something to your tank as you don't want to contaminate it with anything else. For example, when you buy new fish, you don't put them in your tank right away. If possible, you want to quarantine it making sure the new fish doesn't contaminate your tank buddies with a bug, disease, ich, etc. Then you add that awesome fish to your tank. Same thing goes for fake plants, you will ALWAYS wipe, clean, and soak/rinse them before adding them to the tank. I would recommend and purchase again.

The BAD: The listing shows the plants being vibrant, attractive and realistic. In person, their more dull in color, their not very attractive and unrealistic. Mine has clear ends from where the plastic was stamped. Their super THICCC so they go where they want to go, making it nearly impossible to assort them in a decent manor. (Not that they said it glows under blacklight but they make it look like they do, they do not glow at all, NOT DOCKING THEM cause they didn't say they do, they just dont) The GOOD: They are tall. Really thick for fish and fry to hide. They fill the tank nicely. The weight works well and holds down everything. My thoughts: if you're looking for something to fill the tank and get the job done for a cheaper price, this is great bang for you buck. If you're looking for something attractive and realistic, save your money and keep looking!

Love this plant! I purchased the green for my 20 gallon hex tank and couldn’t be happier with it! It’s vibrant and life-like. I have a roughly 5” gourami, multiple zebra danios, a roughly 4” pleco, a harlequin rasbora (got caught in the net when purchasing the pleco) and multiple snails. All are able to swim in between the leaves and not get stuck. The snails LOVE it and it gives enough coverage to allow the pleco to feel safe. He used to never come out from under the tree when the light was on and he’s out almost all the time now. I’ll definitely be purchasing more when we upgrade to a larger tank!

The fish love them and they look awesome in my outside pond. The fish swim all around and through this. I figure it will start getting gunky looking soon - but that's okay. The fish like to eat the algae off things in my pond - plus I treat it with fish and pet friendly algae cleaner so I am not worried. Besides, I want my pond and the items in it to look natural - so I am not worried. I would recommend this for indoor aquariums as well as outdoor ponds.

Does not stay in it's base. Within a week of being received, the plant completely released from it's base and floated up to the top. My fish seem to like it for 'hide-outs', so I am not totally disappointed with this 'plant'. The color is vibrant and the 'leaves' float nicely in the water. It's pretty easy to clean....plastic, therefore I rub it with a wet cloth. I would recommend for a top tank floating plant.

Value for your money here with these!! I didnt want the hassle of real plants in my tank again just yet, my finned critters like to eat them when I've tried to put them in, so i decided to find a large faux alternative where they could hide. It is a pretty large piece and its great quality! Will order another for my other tank. Seller was great as well, they took the time to ask how I liked the plant and seen if it had met my expectations. Definitely recommend!

I’m very happy with this aquatic plant! And oddly my trapdoor snails love it also! I spent a few days giving the aquarium a good clean. Ordered an algae scraper too so the tank is looking good. The colors and fullness of this product really brightens my tank. I have a 29 gallon at this time. The plant fills from bottom to top. Almost too much but I love it. My assorted swimmers enjoy swimming around and through the plant. I wish I had ordered this product when I had my 55 gallon tank. Product arrived very quickly, within two days. And seller has been very interested in my feedback. I would recommend and I will buy another, thank you.

Super quick shipping! I was so excited to get this as I was just resetting up my tank. It is big and lush and very vibrant in the tank. It is very sturdy, but sways a bit in tank. It fits beautifully in my hexagon tank. Fish seem to love it!
