200g Dahongpao Oolong Tea Wuyi Rock Tea Strong-flavor Red Robe Tea Chinese Tea (1)

I've bought this tea twice now, and I've been highly satisfied with it each time. It might be a little pricey (tbh I don't know if it is for the amount you get), but it lasts me a looooong time, so it's worth it to me. The flavor is really nice, very smooth and almost a little smoky. I like that the leaves are pretty much whole, so I don't get a lot of little bits going through my strainers and into my cup. If you like a good cup of oolong, I'd give this a shot.

Good tea, excellent price.On a side note, they seem to have listened to the reviews complaining about the lid coming off, the lid was securely taped on.

Container arrived busted open, at first I thought it may have happened during shipping but a second container (different product) was fine, and the shipping box was undamaged. Then I noticed a piece of tape placed right where the opening was as if someone were trying to keep it closed leading me to believe it was sent this way (I have attached photos). I decided to try the tea anyway though I have less confidence in its quality now, suspecting it has been open to the air for who knows how long. The tea is quite weak, and to make a decent concentration I need to use ~3 teaspoons / 2 cups water. I wouldn't even attempt to do a second steep as at this point it already tastes like a second steep of other teas.Editing my review now since I decided to try the other brand of Da Hong Pao I purchased at the same time as this one. The other brand is much more flavorful and all around a better tea. Thus I have decided to return this product due to the damaged container which I think may be responsible for the poor quality of the tea.

I had this on my shelf unopened for 4 years! Silly me! I heard about oolong tea a few days ago, researched it and at some point realized I already have this. Even though it is 4 years old it really has a nice smooth taste and I love the amber color. I usually put sweetner in my tea I don't need it for this tea. If this is helpful please let me know

A nice cup of black tea; not perfect but OK for the price.
